The federal and territorial programmes define the types, forms, and conditions of free medical care, as well as accessibility and quality criteria. Denta Plus LLC provides medical care only on a paid basis and does not participate in compulsory medical insurance (OMS); this section is provided to inform patients about the current state-guarantee programmes.
