Changes in 2026
In 2026 the Programme was amended by Perm Krai Government Resolutions No. 171-p dated 24 March 2026 and No. 374-p dated 2 June 2026. Amendment No. 171-p, among other changes, replaced the previous reference to medicines list No. 2406-r with the current Government Order No. 3867-r. In practical use, the original Programme should be read together with its subsequent amendments.
