Appointment Rules

Initial Appointment
- You can book an appointment, consultation, or examination by calling the clinic or in person during opening hours.
- When booking, please provide your surname and first name, a contact phone number, and the reason for your visit.
- The clinic will offer available dates and times based on the relevant specialist’s schedule.
Follow-up Appointment
The date of a follow-up visit is agreed with the dentist or clinic staff. If you need to change the appointment time, please contact the clinic by phone.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
If you cannot attend at the agreed time, please notify the clinic in advance. Clinic staff will help arrange a new date.
On the Day of Your Visit
We recommend arriving a little early to complete the necessary documents. For a first visit, bring an identity document; when attending with a child, bring the child’s documents and the legal representative’s documents where applicable.
If You Need Urgent Help
If you have severe pain, increasing swelling, bleeding, or trauma, tell the clinic staff when you call. For a life-threatening emergency, call 112.
